All placement services provided by Rudzinsky Associates, “RA” are guaranteed on the following basis:
Should the candidate leave a client’s employment voluntarily, or be terminated for cause, during the first three months of employment, RA will:
- Supply a satisfactory replacement without additional charge;
- Provide a pro rated credit with RA on the next placement according to the following schedule:
Employment for 60 days or less 50% credit
61-90 days of employment 25% credit
In event of dismissal for reason not within the control of the candidate, the above guarantee does not apply. This refund provision applies only where the fee has been paid within 30 days of employment.
